Perth Makeup Artist Claudia Belle offers makeup services for events and special occasions. From personal to formal events, Claudia specialises in soft glam makeup that makes you look and feel your best. Claudia will listen to your needs and preferences, and work with you to create a look that reflects you. With an extensive knowledge of makeup and skincare, she hones her skills into a tailored look. Claudia uses high-end industry products and skincare to ensure that your makeup will last all day and night.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING FEES AND PAYMENT - Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations and postponements for event, trials, weddings, or group bookings forfeit the fee. A new date requires a new booking fee and may be re-quoted. - The fee is applied to the total balance, the remaining balance is payable on the day by cash or EFTPOS. - No-shows: remaining service charges applied to the card on file. - No refunds for completed services: clients must notify Claudia of any concerns during the appointment. TIMING - Booking Times: Arrive on time: more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeit of appointment and fee, as Claudia operates a back-to-back schedule. - Early Arrival: Arriving 5 minutes early is recommended to allow for parking or delays. - Skin Prep: Please arrive with a clean face, free of makeup or skincare products, to save time. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY - Claudia reserves the right to refuse service if a client appears unwell or poses a risk to others. Clients must disclose any relevant allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or skin concerns prior to service. Claudia is not responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed information. - Clients may bring their own products, but Claudia cannot guarantee their quality/performance. All tools, brushes, and products are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after each client. SERVICE SCOPE - Makeup application to face and décolletage, inclusive of lashes. - Glitters, gemstones, and pigments must be requested in advance. Additional fees may apply. Please advise in advance if tattoo coverage is required so timing and pricing can be discussed.
