BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Upon booking with Claudia Belle and paying the booking fee, you understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for the services provided by Claudia Belle.
BOOKING FEE & PAYMENT

Booking Fee: Required to secure all appointments; non-refundable and non-transferable.

Studio Appointments: Fee is applied to total balance; remaining balance payable on the day by cash or EFTPOS.

Wedding & Group Bookings: Booking requests via the Wedding or Group Makeup service are held for 3 days per person. Dates are only secured once the booking fee is paid; if not received within the specified timeframe, the date reopens to the public.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Studio Appointments:

No-Shows/Cancellations: Booking fee retained for cancellations, for no-shows the remaining service charges applied to the card on file.

Trial Appointments & Completed Services: No refunds; clients must notify Claudia of any concerns during the appointment.

Wedding & Group Bookings:​

Claudia understands plans may change. Cancellations for wedding and group bookings must be communicated to Claudia via email.

The booking fee is non refundable. Postponement to a new date will incur a new deposit and will be subject to a requote at rates current at the time. Cancellation will result in forfeit of this deposit.

All booking details must be confirmed at the time of booking.

Changes to bridal party size may incur extra charges; original price applies even if the party decreases. Finding a replacement is recommended.

If Claudia must cancel due to illness, injury, or emergency, a replacement artist will be arranged where possible. If not, the booking fee will be fully refunded.

TIMING

Booking Times: Arrive on time; more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeiture of appointment and fee, as Claudia operates a back-to-back schedule.

Early Arrival: Arriving 5 minutes early is recommended to allow for parking or delays.

Skin Prep: Please arrive with a clean face, free of makeup or skincare products, to save time.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Client Responsibility: Clients must inform Claudia of any allergies, sensitivities, illnesses, skin conditions, or other medical issues that may be affected by makeup products or tools. Claudia is not liable for any reactions if clients fail to provide this information.

Supplied Products: Clients may bring their own products, but Claudia cannot guarantee the quality or performance of these products.

Right to Refuse service: Claudia may refuse service if a client appears unwell, or if the service is deemed unsafe, unhygienic, or risky for herself or others. In such cases, the service will not proceed, and the booking fee will not be refunded. Partial makeovers will not be performed.

Hygiene: All tools, brushes, and products are cleaned and sanitized after each client.
SERVICE SCOPE

Full Makeup Service: Includes application to the face and décolletage as standard, and includes lashes.

Special Requests: Any glitters, gemstones, bold/unusual pigments, or special mediums must be requested in advance; quotes provided. Specialty items are not stocked unless specifically requested.

Tattoo Coverage: Clients must notify Claudia in advance if coverage is required, allowing discussion of time and any additional costs.
