Cancellation Policy

By booking with Claudia Belle and paying the fee, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined. BOOKING FEES AND PAYMENT Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations or postponements for trials, weddings, or group bookings forfeit the fee. A new date requires a new booking fee and may be re-quoted. The number of people booked is the minimum, pricing remains the same if numbers decrease. The balance is payable in cash on the day or via bank transfer at least 2 days prior, as agreed with Claudia. All booking changes must be communicated via email. If Claudia is unable to attend due to illness, injury, or emergency, a replacement artist will be arranged where possible. If not, the booking fee will be refunded in full. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY Claudia reserves the right to refuse service if a client appears unwell or poses a risk to others. Clients must disclose any relevant allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or skin concerns prior to service. Claudia is not responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed information. Clients may bring their own products, but Claudia cannot guarantee their quality/performance. All tools, brushes, and products are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after each client. SERVICE SCOPE Makeup application to face and décolletage, inclusive of lashes. Glitters, gemstones, and pigments must be requested in advance. Additional fees may apply. Please advise in advance if tattoo coverage is required so timing and pricing can be discussed. LIABILITY & INSURANCE Claudia is not responsible for delays, injuries, losses, or issues caused by third parties, including vendors or guests. OTHER INFORMATION Bridal trials are optional but recommended and are best booked 4 to 6 weeks prior to the wedding. With permission, photos or videos may be taken during your service for portfolio and marketing purposes. You may opt out at any time.
