Payment of the booking fee confirms that you agree to the full terms and conditions for the services provided by the makeup artist.

1. All booking fees are non-refundable.

​

2. Cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment - Claudia Belle will retain the booking fee. The booking fee will be kept as a service credit to use with us next time.

​

3. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment - Claudia Belle will retain the total booking fee paid. If you need to reschedule, a new booking fee must be paid.

4. If, in the rare event, Claudia Belle has to cancel your appointment for any reason at any time without notice to you, a full refund will be given.

5. Last minute bookings made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to approval by Claudia Belle.

The clients are responsible for informing Claudia  Belle of any known allergies, health conditions, sicknesses/infections, skin conditions, medical and/or sensitivity issues that they or their bridal party may have /or may be affected by using the makeup artist’s tools or products. This is to guarantee that any reactions are prevented. If the client is unsure, a consultation is highly recommended. As it is the client's responsibility to notify Claudia Belle about any sensitivities, illnesses or allergies, Claudia Belle will not fall responsible for any reactions that, in the unlikely event, may occur.
